Job Description
We are expanding our service support to other regions in Asia and hence we are building a bigger and more structured back office team to support our growth. In view of this, we are seeking a trustworthy and dependable HR and Admin Manager/Executive to help the operations team support the finest asset of our company - our people.
Responsibilities:
- Handling recruitment, employee care activities, insurance renewal, company event and training & development
- Administer the personnel data management, HRIS system and monitor the daily administration operation issues
- Assist in handling the HR and administration reports such as headcount report, turnover, recruitment cost, travelling expenses report and etc.
- Provide secretarial supports to Management including daily schedule preparation, appointments, business events
- Handle travel & accommodation arrangement and provide precise itinerary for Management
- Able to provide accounting support in HR relatedaccounts payable, expenses claims and petty cash management
- Perform any ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years of solid experience for serving management and in launching & implementing HR & Administration activities
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Chinese word-processing
- Hands-on accounting experience with accounting software will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
- Accurate, obedient and hard working
- Good team player and good interpersonal skills
- Self disciplined, detail minded, work hard, pro-active and able to work independent
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Immediate available is preferred
