Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will lead a small team to provide full spectrum of Human Resources function to the business units.



Job Duties:

• Lead and coach subordinate to provide full spectrum of HR services in the areas of talent acquisition, retention, development, compensation and benefit etc.;
• Drive and participate in key HR projects/programs and make recommendation & suggestions for improvement;
• Provide professional HR advice and solutions to business units and coach subordinate on all HR related matters;
• Compile reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in HR Management or related discipline;
• At least 6 years’ solid experience in HR field with at least 2 years supervisory experience;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Highly motivated, meticulous and proactive;
• Well versed with HKSAR Employment Ordinance;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
