Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all the stores are in great standard according to the company guidelines
• Strategize the display frequently in accordance with different season, market trends and festivities.
• Strategize the display presentations according to market trend and customer feedback
• Prepare and setup the new store opening (including but not limited to Floor plan design, Display design, and Innovation progress follow up)
• Coordinate with outside contractor, supplier for setup the new opening store
• Coordinate with technicians and staff for the proper and safe implementation of display designs.
• Provide visual coaching / training to Store Managers and staff

Job Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Design, Graphic Design or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, graphic design for fashion market is preferable
• Strong sense for merchandise presentation and sensitive to the luxury fashion
• Good communication and organization skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and illustrator or other Design software
• Creative, Independent, Detail-Mind, Customer focus and flexible
• Capable to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Immediately available is an advantage
