Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design director, and independently handle assigned projects
• Give creative ideas and demonstrate the design with concept diagrams, perspective drawings, material boards, etc
• Motivate and inspire other team members on their projects
• Coordinate the marketing team and external parties to manage the design and construction process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are well delivered
• Manage and monitor the project schedule and keep the cost under control

Requirements:

• Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or other related area
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Design, preferably exposed to commercial interior design projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, 3D StudioMax or other design tools
• Self-motivated, responsible, hard-working and attention to details
