Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic design planning to cope with company brand building and various marketing campaign
• Actualize creative ideas into marketable design output on time and meet the quality standard
• Insure the timely development and the efficient execution of plans, campaigns, and projects
• Lead, manage, motivate and mentor the design team in order to enhance the standard of overall creative output
• Stay updated on latest and interactive creative trends

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Product Design or related field
• 5 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in Theme Park/ Hotel industry
• Experience with effective strategic campaign design and development and all related creative execution
• Strong creative concepts and innovative mind with market sense, aesthetically and artistically inclined
• Strong leadership skills to lead a team
• Be proactive, highly independent and confident to lead
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China is required
