Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative strategic solutions across a wide range of brand building and integrated marketing projects, including exhibitions and outlets design, HKBPE and seasonal fairs design etc.
• Initiate new design ideas and actualize creative ideas with strategic planning to promote the brand as a whole
• Supervise, coordinate and manage the whole process of design project
• Manage the design team and provide creative input, visual design development and art direction to the team
• Monitor overall design quality
• Stay updated on latest and interactive creative trends

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Product Design or related field
• 8 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in Theme Park/ Hotel industry
• Experience with effective strategic campaign design and development and all related creative execution
• Strong creative concepts and innovative mind with market sense, aesthetically and artistically inclined
• Strong leadership skills to lead a team
• Be proactive, highly independent and confident to lead
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to China is required
