Key Responsibilities: 

1. Design and development in window display, product packaging, advertising & promotion works.
2. From concept, artwork to production and installation, design and manage the projects including sourcing, development, price negotiation, production and set up.
3. Develop and maintain the shop image, product display, visual merchandising and mix & match guidelines for all regions
4. Full support to Marketing Team in seasonal promotion projects and ad-hoc requests. 
5. Seasonal trips to China

Skills / Requirements: 

1. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, experience in baby/children’s apparel industry is an advantage. 
2. Creative with strong aesthetic sense.
3. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office is a must. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
4. Degree or Higher Diploma in Graphic design / Visual merchandising or related disciplines.
5. Experience in set up and renovation of retail shops is a plus
6. Good command of written, spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
