Responsibilities:

• Book flight tickets, hotels, and other transport requirements for Company staff on duty travel.
• Assist with travel visa application for expatriate staff and Company staff on duty travel.
• Negotiate and coordinate company rates/discounts for overseas and Hong Kong hotels.
• Monitor performance of travel agencies and other travel/hotel related suppliers.
• Relief duties as Company Receptionist.
• Assist with Company events and activities.
• Other tasks as require by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably gained in Multinational Corporation.
• Pleasant, polite and mature with good telephone manner and smart appearance.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications.
