Responsibilities: 

1. Manage the equipment repair and maintenance function of the automation line operation, including preventive / predictive maintenance, equipment trouble-shooting and breakdown reduction to enable the best possible equipment uptime

2. Compile a plan of preventive maintenance and closely update it with production team to maximize the production efficiency

3. Lead the maintenance team to resolve equipment breakdown in a responsive way and perform regular maintenance systematically

4. Ensure that all machinery and equipment performs in safe and environmentally complied manner and to ensure all personal protective equipment is used properly

5. Ensure appropriate inventory level of spare parts and maintenance supplies

6. Liaise with out-sourced maintenance service providers to make sure the service level is achieved at a certain period of time

7. Assist the identification and anticipation of the need for machinery or equipment modifications, improvement, replacement and procedural changes in order to improve the overall machinery performance to meet safety and productivity requirements.

8. Reduce machine downtime and assist production to shorten set up / changeover time

Requirements: 

1. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or above

2. 7 years of solid experience in performing machinery and preventive maintenance at managerial level in a manufacturing environment of full automation, less experience will be considered as Maintenance Engineer

3. Experience in Cement Plant and building material will be considered as an advantage

4. Strong knowledge with installation and maintain production automation facilities

5. Knowledge of quality systems in terms of production automation

6. Familiar with ISO9001, 14000 & 18000 is preferred

7. Strong leadership is preferred

8. Good team player with factory management team

9. Excellent communications, both verbal and written in Chinese (PTH) & English
