• Higher Diploma or above in basic Engineering Science or related fields, with at least 5 years experience in industry
• Must have a Quality mindset on precision engineering, passion on mechanical watches and be fluent with Technical drafting (e.g. Solid Works) and Microsoft office
• Strong production experience in CNC and mechanical assembly process. Ability to operate delicate measuring devices and precision process equipment. PLC knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability and interests in collaborating and learning from a team of experienced of engineers and technicians
• High level of comfort with attention to details and root cause finding for improvements
• Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills
• Based in Hong Kong but Occasional travel to China and Overseas
