Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Reasonable command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Reservation experience either in hotels or travel agencies is preferable but not essential
• No experience or fresh graduate will be considered 
• Handle agents and customers request in hotel reservation, ticketing services, sales of theme park and attractions tickets
• Meticulous and can work on shifts duties at our head office and different branch office
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented
