Responsibilities:

• Provide project management in relation to FF&E and OS&E projects
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve the target benefits and financial savings
• Establish and maintain effective and efficient procurement and tendering, cost control, cost estimation, payment valuation, contract administration, etc.
• Manage and maintain proper documentation of contract records
• Close co-ordination between project site / client, consultants and other relevant parties to ensure schedule and quality are running smoothly for meeting requirements and deadline

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, certificate holder in Purchasing, Procurement or related disciplines will be an advantage
• Minimum 6 years experience in managing procurement projects; experience gained from hospitality industry or international consulting firm will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in interior design will be an advantage
• Well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving analytical skills, good sense of judgment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
