Job Duties

• Analyze network data to determine network usage
• Configure security settings or access permissions
• Configure and install WAN, LAN routers or related equipment
• Support document management project
• Identify the causes of networking problems by using diagnostic testing software and equipment
• Install and configure networking equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and standard repairs for networking components and equipment
• Analyze and report computer network security breaches or attempted breaches
• Create or update technical documentation for network installations or changes to existing installations
• Monitor industry websites or publications for information about patches, releases, viruses, or potential problem identifications
• Provide training to users

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
• Holder of CCNP or relevant qualification
• Minimum 5 years working experience in network design, administration and support in sizeable firm
• At least 1-2 year relevant experiences in Helpdesk or end user support
• Knowledge in managing network equipment such as firewalls, routers, managed and unmanaged swithes, wireless and other network devices
• Solid experience in Active Directory and group policy configuration, and network infrastructure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-discipline, proactive, independent, hardworking and able to work under pressure
