Responsibilities:

• Provide support for computer room, data center, firewall security, exchange email server, network equipment, VPN and IT projects
• Provide front line supporting services such as software and hardware support, installation, troubleshooting to the end users in local and overseas offices
• Familiar with Blackberry, Citrix, Mac OS, Microsoft Servers and Office
• Infrastructure maintenance such as setup and monitoring of Firewall, Microsoft servers, switches, etc.
• Evaluate technical solutions, enhance IT processes and provide professional advise
• Prepare system and administration documentation
• Perform any tasks assigned by the Group IT Manager based on various IT projects
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer science, information technology or related discipline
• At least 4 years relevant experience
• CCNA, MCP/MCSE preferred
• Proficient in infrastructure and support, setup of Microsoft servers, switches, Firewall, etc.
• Experience in Juniper Firewall, SSL VPN, Qlik and VMware is preferable
• Good communication skills, nice personality, responsible, independent, willing to learn and a good team player
