Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to PC hardware and software in our shops, warehouses and office in different locations
- Provide hardware, networking and software installation and trouble shooting
- Maintain POS system, inventory system and I.T. related facilities
- Assist in IT projects implementation
- On Call support in irregular hours or holidays
Requirements:
- Diploma in computer science or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in technical support
- Strong problem solving skills and can work independence
- Able to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines
- Immediate available is preferred
- Outdoor duty or traveling overseas and China are required
