• Form 5 or above 
• Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service, reception and security training an advantage
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit preferred
• Responsible for day-to-day operation of concierge counter and provide quality customer services to tenants and residents
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Shift duty (9-hour shift from 08:00 to 22:00) is required
