Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead accounts department in both HK and PRC offices
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis of financial data for management reporting purpose
• Perform business analysis, budget control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation forecasting
• Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to strategic business planning
• Ensure financial policies, procedures and process are properly adhered
• Work closely with PRC offices to ensure local regulatory compliance and identify opportunities to reduce risks and improve operation efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
• Less leadership experience as Senior Account Clerk

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years solid experience in Accounting with at least 3 years at managerial level
• Experience in management with leadership
• Previous working experience in Mainland China (Guangzhou and Shanghai) is preferred
• Familiar in using ACCPAC and JDE is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Cantonese, Putonghua speaking is an asset
• Well-organised, detail-minded, result-oriented
• Analytical, numerical sensitive, able to meet tight deadlines
