Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with at least 3 years secretarial experience severing senior management
• Proficiency requirement on English, both written and verbal
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin
• Strong organization, detail and planning skills
• Capable of handling many different tasks and duties at the same time
• Presentable to meet foreign customers
• Flexible to support management’s work schedule
• Knowledge of merchandising, trading and China manufacturing helpful
• Professional in organization and planning. Detail oriented
• Hard-working, honest and with right working attitude
• Good computer skills including Excel, Words, and Powerpoint

Job duties:

• Assist the management and the company in a wide range of areas including human resources, office administration, business affairs and personal matters
• Preparing presentation materials and reports
• Taking minutes and meeting arrangement
• Ad-hoc projects
