Personal Assistant

    Job duties:

    • Provides full spectrum of personal and secretarial support to the General Manager
    • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
    • Support the Management in organizing trip itineraries, managing of schedules and coordinating of meeting logistics.
    • Support the Management in handling documents/information and preparing reports/presentations.
    • Track and monitor progress of departmental projects
    • Co-ordinate and handle ad hoc duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Degree holder with formal secretarial training preferred
    • At least 3 years of working experience in serving senior executives in fast moving industry
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese including Mandarin
    • Good PC knowledge in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with all levels within the organization
    • Presentable, able to multi-task, prioritse work load and work in a fast paced environment
    • Immediate available is preferred
