Expansion headcount to search for a caliber Regional Liquidity and Balance Sheet Management VP/AVP with a well-respected and caring int’l corporate bank, with realized net profit of USD 1,9000million in 2014  that offers comprehensive structured & trade finance, treasury and capital markets solutions for its institutional and corporate clients. Based in the regional HK hub to oversight the treasury function to ensure the optimization of funding cost, the most efficient usage of the bank balance sheet and fulfilment of regulatory requirements. Advise and consult local front office business lines to senior management on any new corporate governance, risk limits as well as policies related to banking book, interest rate risk, capital and investment.

Qualifications:

• Well qualified graduate inaccounting, risk management or related disciplined.
• Min. 5 years+ in ALM, bank treasury or risk management related activities.
• Proven experience intreasury finance, risk management, ALCO and liquidity management
• Good understanding of corporate banking and capital market business/activities
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills
• Understanding of HKMA and Basel related governance
