Reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer, the Accounting Officer is responsible to record transactions, analyze and reconcile accounts, prepare bank reconciliations, cash position report, monthly reporting package for Group consolidation and conversant with banking & finance matters.

Responsibilities:

* Record transactions using corporate accounting and finance application in accordance with corporate accounting standards and procedures;

* Analyze and reconcile accounts;

* Prepare bank reconciliations;

* Perform monthly closings:

* Prepare and input monthly reporting package for Group consolidation purposes;

* Prepare documents in support of year-end audit.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Accounting or Finance with ACCA Level 1 or equivalent;

* At least three years of experience with hands-on exposure in accounts payable, financial reporting and all aspects of general accounting preferably in sizable multi-national organizations;

* Superior work ethics and initiatives, and be a dependable team player to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment;

* High proficient in using computer application and accounting software, prior experience in Oracle accounting system is an advantage;

* Excellent communication skills with solid analytical thinking for problem-solving;

* Immediately available is highly preferred.
