Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the Ptarmigan Group of Companies;
• Full set of Accounts;
• Monthly reporting;
• Cash flow forecasts;
• Project accounting;
• Co-ordination of year-end activities;
• Monitor, supervise and reviewing work of Accountants;
• Any other duties as assigned by Finance Director or Managing Director;
• Report on all the above to Finance Director.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder, or recognised professional qualification in Accounting;
• A Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in accounting field;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must;
• Fluency in Putonghua is not required but an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Excellent working knowledge of SAP Business One, or a similar system;
• Experience in handling accounts for Singapore and Philippines companies, not required but a definite advantage;
• Ability to fulfil responsibilities independently within a team work environment;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Self-motivated, well-organised, attentive to details and strong sense of responsibility;
• A balanced life work relationship with non-accounting related interests/ hobbies.
