Responsibility:

• Be responsible for the group financial and accounting functions for HK and PRC including financial analysis, budgetary planning and controls

• Perform account reconciliation both in HK and PRC as well as consolidation of the financial accounts

• Analyze and review business/ financial performance, project and investment

• Work closely with auditors, tax authorities, bankers and lawyers as well as participate in public relationship activities

• Supervise a team of accounting staff both in HK and PRC

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance

• Qualified HKICPA member with Min. 5 years relevant experience

• Solid experience in PRC manufacturing industry

• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting practice, tax regulation and company law

• Proficiency in English and Putonghua

• Willing to travel to China frequently
