Responsibilities:

• Assist to build up accounting team for our group future development;
• Assist to develop accounting system, procedures and record for our group;
• Prepare management reports, budgets, projections, financial and management analysis and financial auditing;
• Month end closing including the preparation of monthly management accounts, regulatory returns, consolidation package, detailed KPI analysis, cash flow forecasts and reports;
• Preparation of statutory accounts and liaison with internal and external professionals;
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required;

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines with recognized accounting professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) preferred;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, at least 3 years’ supervisory experience, experience in property agency is highly preferred;
• Possess excellent supervisory, communication, problem solving & analytical skills with business acumen;
• Be hand-on, work independently and able to handle full set of accounts
• Self-initiated and willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong/PRC accounting standards & taxation;
• Good Command of both English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
