    Our client, a leading provider of global mobility and destination services, now seeks to appoint an Accounts Clerk to be based in their office in Hong Kong.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    • Primary responsibility is to assist finance operation in APAC region.
    • Responsible for AR/AP voucher preparation.
    • Prepare payments for client disbursements and operating expenses.
    • Update and maintain bank transactions for APAC entities.
    • Assist in monthly closing and annual financial audit.
    • Assist in preparation of pricing analysis.
    • Filing and perform other clerical works.
    • Other projects as assigned.

     

    Requirements

     

    • Form 5 with Diploma in Accountancy or above.
    • 3- year working experience in accounting field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in computerized accounting software, MS Word and Excel.
    • Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
    •  Hardworking and adaptable.
