    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop business human resources budget plan and recruit and retain sufficient resources to cope with business needs
    • Formulate human resources strategies in according to the Corporate policies and processes and ensure with regulatory requirements
    • Implement performance management for monitoring staff performance, executing reward plans and identifying top talents for development
    • Implement total reward management system effectively to ensure qualify staff hired and retained
    • Responsible for HR activities, such as payroll, MPF, insurances, employment formalities, training, employee relationship and administration etc.
    • Maintain HRIS and ensure the Employee handbook is updated in a timely manner
    • Arrange training for the staff and oversee on-job training program
    • Handle staff confirmation, promotion, salary increment/adjustment, bonus, resignation etc. including issuing the letters and the payments
    • Assist in the purchasing of office equipment to ensure compliance with approved policy
    • Apply work permit for the foreigners and make sure it’s renewed on time
    • Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the management

    REQUIREMENT


    • Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
    • Minimum 6 years’ experience as Human Resources specialist
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-minded, well-organized, mature, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
    • Good working attitude & be a good team player
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
    • Good analytical skills and good at figures
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered at Assistant Manager level
