The successful job holder will be responsible for handling all rounded HR activities for the assigned business units, with the support of other shared service functions in Hong Kong such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and learning & development. The job duties include recruitment, performance management, staff relations as well as annual salary review exercise and policies review.In additions, he/ she will also take care ad hoc HR projects.
Requirement:
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of HR generalist/BP experience
- Self-motivated, people oriented and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent command of English & Cantonese
