Job Description

• Report to Shipping Manager
• Handle full set of Import & Export shipping and banking documents (LC, DA, DP & Bank Guarantee)
• Handle C/O, Form A, Form E, I/E license, Rocars and Tradelink Declaration
• Liaise with overseas offices, banks and customers
• Coordinate with factories, liners, forwarders and local logistics service providers for shipping    arrangements
• Communicate with internal departments for the shipping enquiries
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.7 or above with min. 8 years of relevant experience
• Self-motivated, mature, work independently and able to work under pressure
• Strong leadership, attention to detail and good communicate skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Familiar in EEC, USA, South Asia and PRC Market
• Experience in Oracle system is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Office location: Kowloon Commerce Centre, 5-minute air-conditioned access from Kwai Hing MTR station.

Office will be relocated from Kwai Hing to Wong Chuk Hang on 1 June 2015
