    This person will be responsible for the office administration function of the company and assisting the CEO and General Manager.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain company filing
    • Manage office materials, equipment and maintenance
    • Handle walk in enquiries
    • Responsible for organizing office logistics
    • Admin support for sales and marketing team
    • Research support for sales and logistics
    • Any ad hoc admin support and office management work

     

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • F.5 and above
    • 1 year or above relevant working experience.
    • Proficient in Word and Excel,
    • Responsible, detail oriented, organized and hardworking
    • Knowledge of English and Chinese word processing is a must
    • Fluent in English and Cantonese
    • Immediate available is preferred
