Description
- Provide clerical and administrative support to team.
- Managing and monitoring samples in/out procedure
- Assist in all rounded administrative support
- Responsible for arranging stock in/out and tracking orders.
- Participate in team's ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- F.6 or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience (preferably in IT industry)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT & Excel)
- Good commend in spoken & written English & Mandarin
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and can work under pressure with multi-task assignments
Candidates with less experience will be considerate as Administration Assistant.
