• Deliver human resources functions including staff recruitment, employee relations and training & development;
• Work closely with Frontline Manager for recruitment and retention strategies
• Plan and develop training and development strategies and tools for retail team
• Identify the training and development needs; plan and design training programs to meet with business strategies
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training to frontline staff, ensure service excellence and efficiency
• Identify and liaise with external consultants to support the execution of new training programs

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail industry
• Hands on experience in design and deliver training to frontline staff
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislations;
• Strong people and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Working location : Wong Chuk Hang
