    About the firm

    A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint an Office Manager who will be tasked with managing firm operations, HR, accounting, recruitment, facilities management, marketing as well as IT.  Working closely with the CAO and Directors, you will be responsible for the following;

    About the role

    • Office services: facilities management, event planning, internal office moves, conferencing and catering.
    • HR responsibilities: recruitment, training, onboarding and performance management.
    • Administration: coordinating all administrative operations and resources throughout the firm.  
    • Finance: working closely with the finance department on budgeting, accounting and billing.
    • Line management responsibilities: responsible for the coordination, supervision and mentoring of secretarial employees.
    • Law Society administration.

     

     

    About the person

     

    • You must have at least 7 years office management experience gained at an international law firm or professional services firm.
    • You will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong IT skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
    • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. Excellent English skills are essential, Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous.
