Job duties: provide full spectrums of
 
Perform secretarial and administrative support to a small team of regional investment managers and institutional sales. Duties include managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing presentation materials.
 
Requires strong proficiency in English, flexible & positive working attitude, excellent interpersonal & project coordination skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management as well as external clients and vendors. Diploma graduate with 5 years steady experience earned int'l asset management or financial institutions. Proficient in Power point and Chinese Word.
