Our client is a leading global high-end luxury goods group. They now invite interested candidates with proven administration and facilities management experience to apply for this above captioned opening!

The successful jobholder will handle facilities management duties as well as providing operations support in the corporate facility. Hence, his/her duties will span from daily administrative and clerical support, procurement processing, vendor management, facilities setup for trainings and premise upkeep to premise booking management, duty roster maintenance and registration for visitors/employees.

Requirements:

• Holder of a Higher Diploma/ Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably with background in property management or club management or hotel administration/operations or retail operation
• Service-oriented and proactive, with excellent work attitude and ability to multitask
• Good attention to details to meet specifications and event requirements
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, with spoken Mandarin knowledge
• 5-day work with willingness to work on weekend/ public holiday when required
