Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

    Responsibilities: 

    • Answer general enquiries
    • Provide administrative support including mailing and courier arrangements, data entry, updating and filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, etc.
    • Calendar management and associated tasks, such as booking of conference room, audio-visual equipment, 
    • Preparing documents and etc.
    • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned 

    Requirements: 

    • F.6 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
    • Good phone manner, customer oriented, friendly personality
    • Meticulous and organized
    • Fluent in English and Putonghua
    • Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
    • Immediately available preferred
