Work Location: Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities: 

• Handling general daily accounting operations and relative administration tasks
• Handling accounts payable & receivable
• Handling periodical sales reports, retailer consignment invoices, payment entry, internal delivery orders and general accounting entries into ERP system
• Assisting General office administration works
• Handling general enquiries, visitors and incoming calls 
• Handling & update employee holiday & benefits, and general HR duties
• Process MPF and employee insurance
• Ad-hoc job duties as assigned 
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Good telephone skills and office administration experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good Command of Cantonese and basic conversational English
• Mature, independent, multi-tasking, well-organized and self-motivated.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
