Responsibilities:

• Assists the Chief Engineer in supervision of engineering staff for the operation and maintenance of all building facilities
• Co-ordinates Supervise all contract-out maintenance

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Degree holder – 3 years/ Higher Diploma holder - 7 years related experience in property management or hotel industry
• Experience in O&M of chiller plants and MVAC is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency will be given to experience in Building Management System
