Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties such as the handling of incoming calls, greeting guests and arranging courier orders.
• Provide daily administrative support such as procurement & maintenance of office equipments and supplies etc.
• Maintain meeting room schedule
• Assist in leave and attendance maintenance
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned
  

Requirements : 

• Form 5 or above with 2 year related working experiences
• Good telephone manner with cheerful and friendly character
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable, pro-active and willing to learn, can work under pressure to meet tight schedule
• Proficient in PC software especially EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
