Job Responsibilities:    

• To perform tender submission and related work, including estimation, material taking off and pricing, drawings measurements, all tender documents, etc.
• The above duties are not exhaustive. You may be required to perform any other duties as assigned by your immediate Supervisor and the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Studies or equivalent.
• Experience in building construction, or facade curtain wall is an advantage.
• Strong in sourcing, assessing and negotiation price with potential suppliers and subcontractors.
• Good communication and price negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in PC operations, able to understand CAD drawings.
• AutoCAD operation skill is an advantage.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; Good in spoken Putonghua is an advantage.
• Initiative, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Product and estimation training will be provided.
