    Responsibilities:

    • Develope, maintain and implement visual merchandising concepts and standards at Corporate level and ensure they are being adhered to brand image for both HK and other regions
    • Lead the Corporate VM team to upgrade the corporate brand image standards by understanding market trends and business requirements
    • Work closely with retail operations team on shop installation, visual standards, window display, on-the-rack styling, props and fixtures usage
    • Deliver periodical visual concept presentation
    • Provide trainings on concept and visual merchandising maintenance

     Requirements:

    • Degree or above in Visual Merchandising or other related disciplines
    • At least 10 years solid experience in Retail Visual Merchandising from Apparel Industry, of which 5 years at supervisory role
    • Wide exposure in developing concepts on Window Display is highly desirable
    • Creative, detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
    • Strong sense in Arts and Fashion
    • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator / Freehand, familiar with MAC would be an advantage
    • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
