Role / Duties:
- provide enquiry/support service to our students & clients, including: class re/enrolment, collection of school fees, request & complaint handling etc
- provide enquiry/sales service to walk-in visitors and telephone enquirers
- provide general support and assistance to team members, and assist in handling miscellaneous ad hoc tasks as necessary
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Min: F5 / HKCEE / HKDSE (F7 / Higher Diploma will be an advantage)
- Min: 5yrs general work experience (customer service, front-line hospitality and/or sales experience will be an advantage)
- Good spoken Cantonese / written Chinese; good spoken English will be an advantage
- Experience of Word, Excel and Chinese typing will be an advantage
- Mature, responsible, pro-active, polite, with excellent customer care skills, patience and attention to detail

- 5-day week; 5 days work / 2 days off per week (Note: some weekend working required); 13 days public holidays, and 10 days annual leave
