Purpose

• Professional level position that oversees the development of a custom project from purchase order through system energization and to ensures customer satisfaction.

Representative Responsibilities:

• Implements the design of a custom project layout.
• Reviews submittal drawings and check printing.
• Manages the project’s progress to ensure the scheduled ship date is met.
• Ensures quality customer support for each project.
• Ensures product shipped meets customer’s expectations.
• Supports system energization.
• Assists in the training of personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Structural preferred but not required)
• 1-3 years of Project management experience
• 1-3 years of appropriate theatre industry experience preferred
• Practicable experience in technical theatre and/or construction a definite advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-Starter, strong motivation and leadership skills
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings and risers
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office/PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin  (and Cantonese)
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Fluent in written Chinese and English
• Ability to travel
• Ability to work well independently, under pressure and defuse volatile situations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational and problem-solving skills
