Responsibilities:

• A key position in the Business Development team of Building Materials to deliver total sales solution to clients.
• Responsible for all sales matters including product sourcing, selling, preparation of products specifications and sales follow-up.
• Provide technical advice to technical team of site coordinators and technicians to manage installation jobs of ironmongery products. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of building materials preferably in ironmongery and project experience;
• Strong ability to communicate with customers, turning opportunity into business contract.
• Mature, independent & presentable.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
