Responsibilities
- Product maintenance service, including Notebook, Mobile phone, Tablet, AIO, etc
- Ensure proper completion of repair service orders as per our service promise to our customer
- Offer technical support of our products and demonstration of tools to our customers
- Assist on system / network implementation and maintenance works
Requirements
- Diploma holders in computer related disciplines
- Component repair skill would be an advantage
- Self-initiative and well-equipped to expose to the recent networking and internet technologies
- Good communication skills and good command in English and Chinese;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
