To support this rapid growth, we are now looking for high caliber, experienced and most importantly devoted & dedicated professionals for the following career opportunity.

E-Commerce Officer 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotel brand presence in the internet arena through the use of online marketing techniques as well as the hotel website;
• Maintain relevant and up-to-date information on the hotel website and the OTAs;
• Record and consolidate any rate changes and restrictions;
• Ensure loaded information on the OTAs are in compliance with the terms and conditions of Best Rate Guarantee policy;
• Ensure top listing placements on the OTAs through timely participation in the respective programs;
• In-charge of overall contractual partnership with the OTAs and maximize revenue yield as well as brand awareness via online channels;
• Keep abreast of the latest online updates and trends in order to propose new strategies for increasing the competitive advantage and market share;
• Provide information pertaining to any new rates, packages as well as promotions to all other relevant departments;
• Maximize room sales as per selling strategy;
• Assist and act as reservations role if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year hotel experience in E-Commerce and Reservations;
• Good at analyzing of intelligence reports / sources to identify new trends, monitor hotel’s performance and market share versus competitors;
• Great desire to focus on revenue opportunities and have an innovative and creative mindset to rooms’ revenue generation;
• Responsible, patient and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in the hotel system such as Epitome and Opera;
• Proficiency in the OTAs’ Extranet and Channel Management software such as EZYield;
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Immediate available is preferred.            

Senior Reservations Officer 

Requirements:

•    Form 5 or above with 2 years relevant hotel experience in reservations;
•    Proficiency in the hotel system such as Opera / HIS;
•    Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative, responsible and hard-working;
•    Independent with good efficiency and able to work under pressure;
•    Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
•    Good communication skill in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
•    Immediate available is preferred.
