Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting customer service and project co-ordination.
- Work closely with project management team.
- Follow up and manage company account, prepare addon and maintenance contract.
- To assist the sales orders and delivery arrangement of sales team.
- Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, and on site management for the duration of projects.
- Enhance project operation efficiency and account servicing quality.
- Coordinate the end-to-end project delivery life-cycles for multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service or project support; experience in Networks or Telecom sector is necessary
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Mature, work independently and self-motivated
- Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin: reading & writing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
