Duties:

• Be the focal point of IT hardware and software support
• To communicate with end users, collect feedbacks and monitor IT service level
• To identify root causes of problems and provide solutions

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in IT related disciplines 
• At least 5 years IT support working experience 
• Experienced in handling end user inquires and case follow-up
• Knowledge in programming is an advantage
• Certificate in ITIL preferred
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with can do attitude

Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Service Officer
