Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Owns the overall client relationship and will be providing pre-sales effort to understand, influence and win new clients for the company’s CRM solution
• As part of implementation and ongoing client servicing to d
  • design, develop and implement CRM strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotional results
  • meet program objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues
  • coordinate with different teams to understand client requirements and plan and execute them to client satisfaction
• Pre-sales responsibilities
  • Responsible for accelerating the sales pipeline and working with sales teams to acquire new customers
  • Lead product demonstrations, customer workshops to understand requirements and articulate portfolio fitment
  • Lead customer pitches, participate in pre-sales conversations, customer proposals
• Implementation & ongoing support
  • Lead solution deployments
  • Participate in solution configuration, customization and user training
  • Lead overall customer engagement from a line of business perspective and grow ongoing services pipeline for existing customers
  • At least 5 years working experience with solid exposure to Pre-sales activities, Service Delivery/Development; or Consultancy
• Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Experience in CRM and Loyalty Management software applications; expertise in BI and Analytics Tools, e.g. SAS, SPSS, MicroStrategy; and with good understanding of the BI and Analytics market and competitive landscape
