Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate is responsible to analyze business requirements in order to deploy, implement and maintain an infrastructure solution using any or all of the following Cisco technologies: Call Manager, Unity, Voice Gateway, LAN routing & switching, wireless, and QoS. Experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting coupled with your background in network maintenance including security services, load monitoring, system resiliency, back-up, and restore will help you resolve issues and mentor others.

Responsibilities:

 Relevant Cisco certifications are desired CCNP-Voice (or CCVP) or CCNA/CCNP routing and Switching;

• Hands-on experience with installing, upgrading and maintain IP Telephony / Unified Communications systems, (CUCM 9.x, Unity connection 9.x, Cisco UCCX 9.x, CUPS 9.x);
• Experience configuring Cisco hardware 39XX voice gateway, 79xx,88xx,89xx series IP phones, all associated voice gateway levels, 6500, Voice Gateways, ATA and associated modules such as VWIC, DSP farm, FXO, and FXS;
• Comfortable with the provisioning and troubleshooting of WAN technologies such as T1/T3 circuits, frame relay, MPLS, HDLC, PPP and ISDN PRI/BRI;
• Experience with various VoIP technologies including: QoS, MGCP, H323, SIP, SRST, SRSV, Voice Gateways, 79xx,88xx,89xx Phones;
• CCIE-voice certification is a plus;
• Asterisk knowledge is a plus;
• Conduct monitoring / audit / proactive review and help other offices to improve network infrastructure;
• Assist in deploying new offices in Asia (13 countries and over 25 VoIP Offices);
• Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Information Technology / Information System;
• 5+ years of relevant UC experience, including design, implementation and support;
• Excellent design experience required in Unified Communications and Enhance Productivity solutions;
• Excellent knowledge of Voice and Data Platforms (IP-PBX, Contact Centers Solution, Video MCU);
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Interaction UC Applications (IM/ Presence, Voice Call Control, Audio/Video/ Web Conferencing);
• Excellent knowledge of providing High Level Design Documentation for engineering a solution;
• Strong knowledge of SIP protocols, TCP/IP networking;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange will be a plus;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in both technical and business languages;
• Excellent in customer facing, communication and rapport building skills;
• Responsible, self-driven, goal achieving, good team player;
• Methodic and highly technical;
• Self-motivated personality and strong interpersonal skills are beneficial;
• Occasion travel is required.
