    IT Director –   General Insurance – Change Management / IT Strategy 

    A leading multinational general insurance firm are searching for a senior candidate to take responsibility for all Change Management and technology strategy decisions across the region.  

    The IT Director should have a strong background in business transformation / business process reengineering within a multinational financial services or consultancy firm and also have taken ownership for IT system strategy, delivery, development and deployment in a regional environment.  

    Given the importance of the position, the successful candidate will have demonstrable and structured change management experience ideally with formal relevant qualifications, and proven leadership experience.  

    Fluent English is prerequisite given the regional nature of the role, however any other Asian languages would be highly beneficial to your application.
